The Challenge

A newly registered foundation with ambitious land-restoration work and no digital infrastructure at all: no website, no member processes, no way to accept and account for donations, and statutory obligations from the first day.

The Approach

Instead of buying a stack of subscriptions, we mapped the foundation’s real processes — governance, membership, donations, reporting — and built one architecture around them. Every payment path was proven end to end before go-live.

“Payment to receipt to books — zero manual steps”

What Stands Out

The elements that make this system different

I

Governance that runs itself

Board resolutions are passed digitally, quorums are verified against the statutes, and the statutory registers write themselves.

II

Donation to ledger, untouched

A donation on the website becomes a compliant receipt in the donor’s inbox and an entry in the books, with a daily watchdog for anything unaccounted for.

III

Institutional memory with AI

An assistant that knows the foundation’s statutes, decisions and history — and answers members from exactly that knowledge, EU AI Act transparent.

IV

One content system, three languages

Every page mirrored in English, German and Italian, with structured data, consent management and a search-engineered knowledge base.
