Which payment providers do you work with?
We have integrated Stripe, PayPal, Mollie and Mercado Pago (including Pix and boleto). The choice depends on your country, your audience and the fees — we recommend the combination that fits, not the one we prefer.
Can donation receipts be issued automatically?
Yes. Receipts and confirmations are generated from the payment data, in the donor’s language, and delivered by e-mail — with the wording your jurisdiction requires.
Do we need to change our bookkeeping software?
Usually not. We produce bookings and exports in the format your accountant or bookkeeping system expects, or connect directly where an interface exists.
What happens if a payment or workflow fails?
Every workflow reports errors immediately, and a daily watchdog compares payments, receipts and bookings. Failed or unmatched items are listed for you before anyone else notices.
