An AI that knows your organization — and shows where every answer comes from
When someone leaves, their knowledge walks out the door. We build assistants grounded in your own documents — statutes, decisions, handbooks, course material — that answer accurately, cite their sources and run where you decide: in the cloud of your choice or entirely on your own server.
Where most organizations stand today
The answers exist somewhere in your documents, but nobody finds them
Public chatbots guess — and you cannot see where an answer came from
Member or customer data must not leave your infrastructure
New people need months until they know how things work
Private AI & Knowledge Systems
Answers with citations
Retrieval-augmented assistants that answer only from your documents and show the passages they used — so every answer can be checked in seconds.
Local and self-hosted models
Where data protection demands it, the language model, the search index and the documents all run on your own server. Nothing is sent to a third-party AI provider.
Guardrails for your domain
Rules for what the assistant may and may not say — for example no medical or legal advice, no personal data — tested against an acceptance catalogue before go-live.
Institutional memory
Decisions, statutes, minutes and handbooks indexed and kept current, so the organization’s knowledge survives every change of staff or board.
Briefings and reports
Daily summaries, weekly reports and drafts written by the system from your data — ready when you start the day.
EU AI Act transparency
Users know they are talking to an AI, answers are traceable, and the system is documented — transparency requirements built in from day one.

What clients ask about Private AI
Can the AI run without sending our data to OpenAI or similar providers?
Yes. We can run the language model, the embeddings and the search index on a server you own. For less sensitive use cases, a hosted model in a region of your choice can be faster and cheaper — we explain the trade-off openly.
How do you prevent made-up answers?
The assistant answers only from retrieved passages of your documents, shows its citations and says so when it cannot find an answer. Before go-live it is tested against a catalogue of real questions.
What does the EU AI Act require for a chatbot?
For assistants like these, the key duty is transparency: people must be informed that they are interacting with an AI. We build that notice in, document the system and keep answers traceable.
What hardware does a local AI need?
Smaller, modern models run on a single well-equipped server or VPS. We size the setup to your number of users and acceptable response time, and measure it before you commit.
